Life as I know it. What I do and what makes me happy.

While we had some free time today before our flight back home. We explored downtown Helena. We poked into the Myrna Loy center. The building used to be the local jail. Now its a center for arts and movie theatre. Cool place.
On several strong recommendations, we decided to check this place out. I think we made a solid choice. If you are ever in Helena…check this place out.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our visit to this gorgeous city! These were taken over the December 14-17 during my short but AWESOME stay in this fascinating city. My main regret is that I didn’t get to spend more time there, but I guess that just means that I will have to go back!!!!
On the weekend of December 15th 2012, I accompanied my wife on her seminar in New Orleans. I could not pass up the chance since I had never been there before. I have to tell you, this is one of our great U.S. cities, full of culture, history, great food and music. I will definitely go back someday. Here are some images shot on my Canon Point and shoot and cell phone. I will post the travel pictures from my DSLR soon…stay tuned. Feel free to comment and ask any questions!
Got off to a great start on our trip.
Charbroiled Oysters, stuffed lobster, and Abita Amber. Our main dish, appropriately named Lobster Marco came stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms and angel hair pasta. Outrageously great.
We just got back from New York last night. On Saturday we went to the USC game vs. Syracuse. Here are some pictures from my cell phone, I will post more from my other camera later.
