Food Trucks? Tight Tuesday? Dos Chinos? What is that?
Tight Tuesday is a little slice of heaven on Earth. What it comes down is getting this trend out on this thing the kids call Twitter to see where these Gourmet Food trucks are gathering! We are lucky to have one location near our work where every Tuesday four of these Food Trucks gather to cook up some tasty dishes. Today I decided to try out the DOS CHINOS Truck.
This Truck has a Mexican/Vietnamese Fusion and they really do it well. I ordered the OAHU Shrimp Bowl. All of their entrees come in different form as you can see on their Menu.
I don’t think there is much more to say, this picture tells it all. I really enjoyed this dish, and I highly recommend it. If you see this truck in your neighborhood, be sure to check it out, or find out where they will be on their Twitter Feed! A great idea and great menu = a great lunch. 4.8 burps!
My first visit to Moreno’s in Orange.
Decent food, great location lots to see. Although its not the best Mexican food, its pretty good and reasonably priced. You better come hungry, their portions are pretty hearty. I only finished about a third of my meal. 4 burps out of 5.
Albatros for lunch today.
Went to Albatros in Lake Forest for lunch today. I had a bean and cheese burrito. Not as good as Miguel’s but close enough. 4.3 burps.

Ramos Brothers Circus is in Town!!!
I love that I can always find something new or strange just be venturing out in my surroundings. Yesterday I went to pick up a couple of burritos at Miguel’s Jr in Corona and I came across the RAMOS Brothers Circus. Yup a Circus, it the parking lot adjacent to my favorite bean and cheese burrito joint. I may have to check it out this weekend. If you reside in Corona or in the Inland Empire, you might want to check it out too. Here are some of the images.

The Viking Truck (Food Truck) for lunch today.
One of my co-workers asked me if I wanted to go check out TIGHT TUESDAY (Food Truck Event) with him today for lunch. Being a big fan of the Food Truck Circuit, it was hard for me to resist. We we stocked two cars full of hungry co-workers and headed out. After much consideration between Taco Maria and The VIKING Truck, I decided to go with the latter.
I had the NEMESIS, which is a smoked bratwurst corndog. Yup, you heard it right. Bratwurst Corndog!!!!
Just look at this bad boy!!! Are you seeing this with your own eyes!? It was monstrous and every last bite was exquisite! I even got a little choked up when I was getting down to my last two/three bites. In fact, I am getting a little verklempt right now. Be sure to check out the VIKING TRUCK online and follow them, you never know, they might show up in your hood. 4.9 burps. (out of 5)
Just judging from this image, looks like this is going to be a visually stunning movie!
